The library is equipped with a mini-theater system that will introduce you to what an earthquake centered under Tokyo would be like in an easy-to-understand manner. You can also experience a PC-based disaster prevention quiz, a library of educational disaster prevention video footage, and other materials during your visit.

A flexible exhibition gallery where you can learn while you observe
This gallery showcases a variety of exhibits including planned exhibition shows. Disaster prevention tools and a number of disaster prevention games are also showcased, and you can enjoy actually participating in games at the workshop area.

Video hall
A video hall that shows what it would be like if a major earthquake occurred under Tokyo
The video hall is equipped with a large-sized projector. Fuji Television's animated series Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 has been specially edited and is shown at the facility.

The lecture room is mainly lent out as a space to perform workshops, exhibitions, or events on the theme of disaster prevention.
